The C.C.M.R. is a non-profit organization founded by Lorne Hachey in 1992, dedicated to the promotion of Canadian Country Music and the artists that perform this music.  Over the past 20 years C.C.M.R. has reunited artists from yesterday and promoted artists from today's mainstream; and introduced new Canadian talent to the fans.  On our stage you will hear the legends that have been molders of country music in Canada.  Our committee works hard to give you a weekend of fun and relaxation with non-stop good old country music to enjoy.  This year is no exception.  An all Canadian cast will entertain you and keep your toes tappin' to the music.  Campers enjoy the weekend as they meet friends and play music at their camp sites.  When the main stage show is over each evening you will be entertained at the Open Mic Stage where artists can get up to sing and play.  You never know who you might see as entertainers show up from across Canada.  You will hear everything from Bluegrass and Country to Comedy where a variety of MC's and Hosts keep the show moving.
