GROUP CAMPING AT CCMR 2017

The Classic Country Music Reunion will try to accommodate those campers who wish to have a group of RV's placed together in the camp.

Although the physical layout of the park makes it difficult to mark specific sites, we will do our best to allocate enough space for each "group" to be close together. We suggest that one person be declared the "Group leader" (ie: "The John Doe group"), and that a list of those campers to be included in that group be provided to the CCMR office in writing by the leader.

Also, for any repeat campers who wish to be located back in the same area as last year, our camp parking crew will do their very best to look after your request... BUT in order to do so these requests must be received IN WRITING at the CCMR Office no later than July 22, 2017 and tickets must have been purchased in advance.

CCMR CAMPING & FACILITIES REGULATIONS
  • Consumption of alcohol permitted on your own campsite.
  • ALL dogs must be leashed and controlled by their owners per municipal by-laws.
  • NO dogs are permitted in the Open Mic Tent or Main Stage seating area - Service Dogs excepted.
  • You are responsible to pick up after your dog. Please stoop and scoop.
  • NO amplified instruments in the campgrounds.
  • Use of vehicles restricted to parking areas or your own campsite.
  • No video recording of entertainment on the Main Stage.
  • Facilities in the rear of the Main Stage are OFF LIMITS to the general public.
  • NO campfires
  • NO generators to be run between 11pm and 8am, unless power is needed for medical reasons. This must be arranged with Security Staff when arriving at the Park.
