12:00 Noon – Camp Opens
($10.00 per camping unit maintenance fee to be paid at the gate upon arrival)
7:00 PM – Open Mic begins in Watering Corral Tent sponsored by Bill's Johns
11:00 PM – Cut off time for use of generators in the campground.

FRIDAY JULY 29, 2011
8:00 AM – Gates open
8:00 AM – Generators may be used in the campground
12:00 PM – CCMR Store Opens (until 4 PM)
1:00 PM – Open Mic begins in Watering Corral Tent sponsored by Al's R.V. Parts & Service
6:30 PM – Friday Night Main Stage Show at the Ampitheatre sponsored by Pizza Pizza
6:30 PM – CCMR Store re-opens (until 11 PM)
10:30 PM – Open Mic in the Watering Corral Tent (after Main Stage Show) sponsored by Al's R.V. Parts & Service
11:00 PM – Cut off time for use of generators in the campground
1:00 AM – Open Mic concludes

SATURDAY JULY 30, 2011
8:00 AM – Gates Open
8:00 AM – Generators may be used in the campground
8:00 AM – Lions Club Pancake Breakfast (until 11 AM)
9:00 AM – Shuttle bus to downtown begins to operate. Information at the gate
12:00 PM – CCMR Store Opens (until 4 PM)
1:00 PM – Open Mic begins in Watering Corral Tent sponsored by Cormier Auto Sales.
6:30 PM – CCMR Store re-opens (until 11 PM)
6:30 PM – Saturday Night Main Stage Show at the Ampitheatre sponsored by Whitley Financial Services
10:30 PM – Open Mic in the Watering Corral Tent (after Main Stage Show) sponsored by Cormier Auto Sales
11:00 PM – Cut off time for use of generators in the campground
1:00 AM – Open Mic concludes

SUNDAY JULY 31, 2011
8:00 AM – Gates Open
8:00 AM – Generators may be used in the campground
8:00 AM – Lions Club Pancake Breakfast (until 11 AM)
11:00 AM – Gospel Show in the Tent
12:00 PM – CCMR Store Opens (until 4 PM)
1:00 PM – Open Mic begins in Watering Corral Tent sponsored by Sunlife Financial – Scott & Debbie McLean
6:30 PM – CCMR Store re-opens (until 11 PM)
6:30 PM – Sunday Night Main Stage Show at the Ampitheatre sponsored by Dows Climate Care
10:30 PM – Open Mic in the Watering Corral Tent (after Main Stage Show) sponsored by Sunlife Financial – Scott & Debbie McLean
11:00 PM – Cut off time for use of generators in the campground
1:00 AM – Open Mic concludes. Event concludes

MONDAY AUGUST 1, 2011
8:00 AM – Generators may be used in the campground
11:00 AM – Camp closes. RV's must be removed by this time
